As a teacher I possesses qualities such as strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for lifelong learning. These attributes helps me not only foster a positive and engaging  environment but also enhance student success and inspire a love of learning. As a teachers I also possess a deep understanding of their subject matter and can take that knowledge and make it culturally relevant for students as they develop engaging lessons. I inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential while creating an inclusive learning environment where each student is seen, valued, cared for, and respected.

While some are less tangible than others — and potentially, more challenging to cultivate — all of them are equally worthwhile for me to actively develop and practice.
