💼 Tutor Payment & Commission Policy
🔹 Two-Step Commission Structure
To support sustainable growth, verified leads, and continuous guidance, we follow a two-step commission model:
Step 1: Initial Commission – 50% of First Month’s Fee
- Payable when tuition is finalized and classes begin.
- Covers:
- Lead generation
- Parent-tutor coordination
- Tutor replacement (if needed)
- Student performance tracking
Step 2: Annual Commission – 50% Again After 12 Months
- Payable if tuition continues beyond a year from the start date.
- Covers:
- Region-wise promotions
- Continued support and visibility
- Dispute resolution & profile boosting
🔄 Example:
If tuition began in April 2023, a second commission is due in April 2024.

❓ Tutor FAQs
- How often is commission charged? Only twice: at the beginning and after one year.
- New Order ID = new commission? Yes.
- Monthly charges? No monthly or recurring commission.
- What if annual commission is unpaid? Tutor may lose lead priority or group access.
- Can I pay annual commission early? Yes.

- Services are billed monthly.
- Minimum package starts from Rs. 3000/month.
- Payments to be made after class confirmation.
- Keep communication within the official WhatsApp group for transparency.
⚠️ Refund & Cancellation Policy Highlights
- 7-day prior notice is mandatory for refunds.
- 50% administrative fee is deducted from any eligible refund.
- No refund for last-minute discontinuation or 50%+ class completion.
- Tutor replacement is offered before processing refunds.
- Refunds processed within 7–10 working days once approved.
🔹 Service Flexibility
- Tutors available at student’s location, tutor’s place, or online.
- Options for competitive exam prep and international tutoring.
📢 Communication
- All coordination should be done within the designated group.
- Do not message the tutor directly for any changes or issues.

- Tutor progress updates shared weekly.
- Easy tutor replacements if needed.
- Proper record of performance and fee payment.
