At DoAble India Enterprises, we aim to provide a smooth and professional tutoring experience for both parents and students. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed, ensuring transparency and fairness for all parties involved.


✅ Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You inform us at least 7 days in advance before discontinuing the service.
  • The tutor has not completed the number of sessions paid for.
  • You have not violated any terms stated in our service agreement.
  • You raised a genuine issue that we were unable to resolve with tutor replacement.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Failure to provide 7 days’ prior notice before discontinuing the service.
  • Discontinuation after the tutor has completed 50% or more of the assigned classes.
  • Issues already resolved through free replacement of the tutor.
  • Client dissatisfaction that was not communicated within the first few sessions.
  • Payment made for trial or demo classes.
  • Cases where clients change their mind after successful class initiation and schedule sharing.

🔄 Cancellation Policy

📍 Cancellation by Client:

  • Clients must inform the company at least 7 days in advance if they wish to discontinue services.
  • Refunds will be processed only if the above condition is met.
  • If short notice is provided (less than 7 days), the remaining sessions will be forfeited.

📍 Cancellation by Tutor:

  • If the assigned tutor is unable to continue, we will offer a free and prompt replacement.
  • If the client chooses not to continue with any replacement, a pro-rated refund (after deductions) will be considered.

💼 Service & Administrative Charges

  • 50% administrative fee is applicable on the remaining balance (after deduction of used classes).
  • This fee covers onboarding, class monitoring, and tutor management.

    Our team checks if the request meets the 7-day advance notice requirement.
  3. Used Class Deduction
    The number of completed classes is calculated and deducted from the total amount paid.
  4. 50% Admin Fee Deduction
    A 50% fee is applied on the remaining amount for administrative purposes.
  5. Refund Approval
    Once validated, your refund request is approved.
  6. Refund Processed
    The final amount is refunded within 7 to 10 business days.
