๐ผ Tutor Payment & Commission Policy
๐น Two-Step Commission Structure
To support sustainable growth, verified leads, and continuous guidance, we follow a two-step commission model:
Step 1: Initial Commission โ 50% of First Month’s Fee
Payable when tuition is finalized and classes begin.
Covers:
Lead generation
Parent-tutor coordination
Tutor replacement (if needed)
Student performance tracking
Step 2: Annual Commission โ 50% Again After 12 Months
Payable if tuition continues beyond a year from the start date.
Covers:
Region-wise promotions
Continued support and visibility
Dispute resolution & profile boosting

If tuition began in April 2023, a second commission is due in April 2024.

50% administrative fee is deducted from any eligible refund.
No refund for last-minute discontinuation or 50%+ class completion.
Tutor replacement is offered before processing refunds.
Refunds processed within 7โ10 working days once approved.
