- Save Coordinator’s Number: Upon joining, a coordinator will be assigned to your preferred city. Please save their number on WhatsApp for quick updates regarding leads or other queries.
- Coordinator Availability: Coordinators work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, excluding public holidays. Please avoid calling or messaging them during their lunch break, which is from 1 PM to 2 PM.
- Professional Communication: Most communication will occur via WhatsApp. Avoid unnecessary calls. Instead, share your profile link and availability for a conference call with the coordinator, and they will guide you further.
- Support Local Growth: If you come across people nearby who need tutors or are looking for tutoring services, please inform your coordinator. This helps in expanding opportunities for everyone.
2. Communication Protocols
- Use English: Always communicate in English with coordinators and clients to maintain clarity and professionalism.
- Keep Conversations Brief: When speaking with clients on conference calls, keep discussions concise and focused.
- Share Your Profile: Before interacting with any client, share your profile link with your coordinator for seamless communication.
3. Professionalism During Demo Sessions
- Discuss Details in Advance: All arrangements regarding pricing, schedules, and other terms should be discussed with your coordinator before attending the demo session. Avoid discussing fees or other financial matters directly with the client.
- Maintain Professionalism: Be courteous and professional during demos, as this reflects positively on both you and DoAble India Enterprises.
4. Payment Policies
- Exercise Patience: Payments are typically processed within a week after classes begin. Avoid frequent follow-ups, as we handle all payment-related matters efficiently.
- No Advance Guarantees: While we ensure timely payments, advance payments are not always possible. Let’s focus on building trust with clients for a long-term association.
5. Safety and Etiquette
- Do Not Bring Children: If you have children, ensure they are cared for during your sessions. Bringing children to sessions can disrupt the class and affect professionalism.
- Avoid Using Client Facilities: Refrain from using the client’s home for personal needs, such as using the toilet or requesting water, tea, or other refreshments. While many clients may accommodate such requests, maintaining professionalism is essential.
- Maintain Hygiene: Dress neatly, maintain good hygiene, and leave a positive impression.
6. Academic Preparedness
- Prepare Thoroughly: Review the syllabus and plan lessons in advance. Do not rely on platforms like YouTube, Google, or tools such as ChatGPT during sessions. This builds trust and credibility with your students.
7. Safety Measures
- Report Concerns Immediately: If you feel unsafe or observe anything unusual at a client’s location (e.g., temporary housing), inform your coordinator immediately.
- Female Tutors: Female tutors are encouraged to attend sessions with a relative if they feel uncertain about the client or location. While we aim to connect you with trustworthy clients, we cannot guarantee their behavior.
8. Code of Conduct
- No Direct Deals: All communications must go through your assigned coordinator. Avoid making direct arrangements with clients, as this can lead to misunderstandings, tarnish your reputation, and impact future opportunities.
- Support and Trust: Follow guidelines, maintain professionalism, and collaborate with your coordinator to secure more opportunities and ensure success.
