🧭 Introduction
At DoAble India Enterprises, we believe in building a transparent, respectful, and secure tutoring environment for both clients (parents/students) and tutors. This policy outlines the terms, responsibilities, and expectations to ensure a seamless learning experience across all our services.
📑 Terms & Conditions
🔁 Communication & Coordination
- All conversations must remain in the designated WhatsApp group to ensure transparency.
- Tutors must share weekly performance updates with subject-wise progress.Example: “Ananya completed Algebra. Scored 17/20 in revision test.”
- Clients should provide a minimum 7-day notice to discontinue a tutor after the first month.
💼 Tutor Policy
- A non-refundable, non-transferable registration fee of ₹1,000 is mandatory for all tutors.
- Once a tuition is finalized, a 50% commission is charged on the first month’s fee.
- Tutors are expected to maintain punctuality, share regular updates, and follow platform protocols.
🚫 Liability
- DoAble India is not liable for any situations arising during sessions conducted at student or tutor premises.
💸 Cancellation & Refunds
For Tutors:
- The ₹1,000 registration fee is strictly non-refundable.
For Clients:
- A 7-day notice is required if planning to discontinue after the first month.
- No refunds will be processed once tuition has been finalized and commission charged.
- Refunds for special cases will be at the company’s discretion.
🚚 Service Scope & Delivery
- Services offered: In-person, online, and competitive exam preparation sessions across India and abroad.
- Session format (online, student’s home, or tutor’s location) is mutually decided by tutor and client.
- Tutors may be required to travel for offline sessions or host students at their premises.
